The Spring Meeting by the DGS (Günzburg, Germany: from March 8th to March 10th) will focus on suicide research and will be divided into various modules.
The next Congress by the German Association for Psychiatry, Psychotherapy and Psychosomatics (DGPPN), will be held in Berlin from 28th November to 1st December, 2018. The congress programme will cover all relevant mental illnesses and will put a lot of emphasis on biological and psychotherapeutic topics and topics of social psychiatry. It will highlight also a Suicide topic (Topic 11).

This year’s annual science conference by the ÖGPH (Österr. Gesellschaft für Public Health) take place in Vienna from 23th to 24th May. Abstracts can be submitted until 15th March 2018.

The 18th annual conference by the ÖGPP (Österr. Gesellschaft für Psychiatrie, Psychotherapie und Psychosomatik) will held in Gmunden, Upper Austria, from April 25th to April 28th.

In 2019, the next IASR Congress (International Summit on Suicide Research Congress) will be held in Florida.
The spring Meeting by the DGS, will take place on March 8th to 10th, 2018 at the Schloss Reisensburg near Günzburg, Germany. Lots of members of the WW will be there and represent their research topics.
As already announced, the IASR Congress (International Summit on Suicide Research Congress) will be held in Henderson (Nevada) from November 5th to November 8th. A few members of the Wiener Werkstaette for suicide will also be represented there. This meeting will bring together suicide researchers studying topics ranging from neurobiology and genetics to prevention and intervention
